花王株式会社（以下、「花王」）は、企業の成長段階に応じてステージごとに戦略測定のための指標を特定し、業績評価マネジメントと測定した指標をフィードバックする戦略に係る内部統制を強化することによって企業価値を向上させた。
事前・事後に成果を定期的に評価し、戦略を迅速に修正する迅速さと内部統制が競争優位性に結びつくのである。
その一方で、企業は長期的な視点で顧客ニーズの変化や競合他社に対応する必要もある。
生産設備を更新したり、新製品を開発して変化する顧客ニーズに対応したり、市場や競合他社の動きを予測して研究開発に投資したりすることが必要である。
Kao Corporation has raised its corporate value, with specifying guidelines to plan a strategy according to the growth level of other corporations and strengthening the internal control concerning the strategy which feeds back the performance appraisal management and the specified guidelines.
In brief, regular evaluation of the results before-and-after the fact, prompt modification of strategy and internal control lead to have competitive superiority.
Meanwhile, corporations also need to keep up with the variation of customer needs and competitors from a log-range viewpoint.
They should not fail to improve the production facilities, to meet changing customer needs by developing new products and to invest in research and development by forecasting the movement of the market and competitors. |
