Introduction to Health Sciences was offered in 2022.The content of the lectures in this course included cancer education, exercise, mental health, and health self-management. The research subjects were students who took the course. A questionnaire survey was used to conduct the research, and text mining was used to analyze the results. Changes in students’ attitudes after attending the course were examined. The total number of students was 20 for two years. Many of the students were receiving cancer education for the first time. Students’ attitudes were more positive than anxious about cancer after the lecture than before. Students also understood that exercise and mental health are involved in health. Students also felt the need to take care of their health on a daily basis in terms of health and self-management. Thus, students showed more positive changes in their attitudes towards health.
