A new breed of SMC, born global company (BGC) which rapidly globalizes their business, has recently raised interest among researchers. This paper focused on BGC as part of the study of International SMC. Specifically. by considering the previous studies of the BGC which is raised from entrepreneurship theory and venture companies researchs, and showed five properties of International SMC. internationa l entrepreneurship, innovative technology, rapid internationalization, global market niches and inter-organizational partnerships. Finally, the "embedded" model have been raised in the international management theory was also examined as a potential regional circulation of international SMC.
