Modern Management studies is required a paradigm shift to the study of Social Management, management studies to coexist for various social organizations such as local communities, welfare organizations, educational institutions and families from management studies in order to maintain to "Japan Corporate Capitalism" or "Corporate Oriented Society". This study review Frederick Winslow Taylor's papers in detail (this paper deals with the "Shop Management(1903)"). Taylor is often referred to the "Father of Scientific Management" or "Father of Management Studies". When the secind industrial revolution proceeded at that time in the United States, Taylor's research was to resolve the labor-capital disputes.Neither workmen nor employers, there is a need to manage beyond the interests of workmen and employers. That is decision-making responsible for the third party, the planning department. This department is defined by the "scientific" study of unit times. It articulated Taylor's social management that the fruits of incresed productivity had to be shared between workmen and employers.
